The Center for Integrated Nanotechnologies (CINT) at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) invites outstanding candidates for a data scientist position. CINT is a national user facility funded by the DOE Office of Science to provide research capabilities in nanoscience and nanointegration to a worldwide community of users. CINT is organized around four Science Thrusts: In-Situ Characterization and Nanomechanics (ICNM); Nanophotonics and Optical Nanomaterials (NPON); Quantum Materials Systems (QMS); and Soft, Biological and Composite Nanomaterials (SBCN). CINT fosters high-impact research supported by expertise spanning synthesis/fabrication, characterization, and theory/modeling. Its staff members aim to advance both scientific knowledge and next-generation technique development. The selected scientist will be a member of CINT’s ICNM thrust and will interface with user projects in all four scientific thrusts and LANL’s Electron Microscopy Laboratory (EML). Additional information on the user facility is available at https://cint.lanl.gov.
