Research Technologist 2 $87,200 - $142,500
In addition to what was outlined at the lower level, a hire at the Technologist 2 level will be expected to contribute to data analysis and dissemination of scientific results through the writing of papers and technical reports. A Technologist 2 will be expected to work with less day-to-day supervision than a Technologist 1 and will independently interface with external vendors and other stakeholders.

Term position: Regular-status Laboratory employees applying for term-status positions may retain regular status with approval of the cognizant Principle Associate Director.
