While executing your responsibilities, you will consistently maintain a professional office atmosphere, as well as demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy, versatility, tact, and confidentiality in all matters. | | | | | | What You Need Minimum Job Requirements: Administrative Support: We are looking for an experienced professional to provide high-level office management. Duties of this position include generating correspondence; records management; travel, time, and effort management; complex calendar management; meeting scheduling and logistics; and procurement. You will need to learn, understand, and follow Lab policies and procedures. This position requires problem solving, developing and implementing solutions, and innovative business practices. Personal Leadership: You must have the ability to manage frequent interruptions and changing priorities and complete assignments without established procedures. This includes utilization of tact, diplomacy, and discretion in dealing with sensitive and personnel-related information. Organization and Time Management: You must be dependable, punctual, and demonstrate the ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks. Communication: You must have the ability to network and work effectively with other administrators and key contacts inside and outside of the division. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary while interacting effectively with people throughout the organization. Grammatical proficiency and document formatting and editing capabilities are expected at this level. Business Systems: Knowledge of Laboratory systems such as Ariba, Oracle, Concur, and Utrain. Lab Knowledge: Familiarity with the Laboratory and policies or previous experience at the Laboratory a plus. Location: This position will be located in Los Alamos, NM.
