This team provides routine room wipe-down activities and decontamination services to reduce risk to programmatic operations, operating primarily on the off-shift, additionally supporting activities assigned to Mechanical Process Equipment & Gloveboxes and Programmatic Maintenance teams that perform maintenance on programmatic equipment and glovebox support systems in support of program deliverables. You will support these activities, reporting to a Manufacturing Manager 1 (MM1) for day-to-day work assignments and oversight providing proper span of control for the team’s Manufacturing Manager 3 (MM3)/First Line Manager (FLM). All team members participate in preparing, reviewing, and working to approved work authorizing documents, working with team members that may be responsible for corrective and preventative maintenance of programmatic equipment both within the organization and across Programmatic groups, as well as the decontamination, decommissioning, and demolition of process equipment used at all Weapons Production Facilities. | | | | | | What You Need Minimum Job Requirements: Must consistently utilize a safety-first mentality at all times; Stop Think Act Review. Education/Experience: Position require an Associates’ Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation. Desired Qualifications: Q-Clearance and HRP-Certification. Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Conduct of Operations, Conduct of Maintenance, Conduct of Engineering, Integrated Safety Management, and Pause Work. Demonstrated experience to accurately document work activities. Demonstrated experience with computer applications. Experience with decontamination of radioactive contamination or hazardous materials.
