The Production Systems & Technology Group (PSS-1) of the Production Support Services Division is seeking a passionate and results-driven Product Owner who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by defining and prioritizing features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and serving as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team in support of the Weapons Production Directorate.
As a Systems Analyst for the Online Collaboration and Infrastructure team, you will serve as the Product Owner for multiple technical projects, leading the team’s project management efforts in website and software design while utilizing Scrum and Agile software development methodologies. Your responsibilities will involve planning and overseeing the unclassified and classified CMS and SharePoint sites and applications for ALDWP. In this role, you will act as the primary interface with stakeholders, engaging with customers to understand their business processes, collaborating with the Scrum team to deliver customer requirements and develop solutions to complex technical challenges, overseeing project management tasks, and providing regular updates and required reporting. The Systems Analyst will leverage advanced knowledge and experience in Agile project management (Scrum) to guide the team in effectively adopting and utilizing Agile practices and principles.

Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 4 years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation. Postgraduate degree in related field may serve as years of related experience.
Education/Experience Systems Analyst 3:
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field and 8 years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation. At this level, post graduate course work may be expected.
Desired Qualifications:
Work Location: The work location for this position is hybrid and is located in Los Alamos, NM. Hybrid is defined as working partially onsite/partially offsite but within 2 hours ground commute of this location. All work locations are at the discretion of management and can change at any time with appropriate notice.
Position commitment: Regular appointment employees are required to serve a period of continuous service in their current position in order to be eligible to apply for posted jobs throughout the Laboratory. If an employee has not served the time required, they may only apply for Laboratory jobs with the documented approval of their Division Leader. The position commitment for this position is 1 year.

Clearance: Q (Position will be cleared to this level). This position requires a Q clearance. and obtaining such clearance requires US Citizenship except in extremely rare circumstances. Dependent upon the position, additional authorization to access classified information may be required, which may or may not be available to dual citizens. Receipt of a Q clearance and additional access authorization ultimately is a decision of the Federal Government and not of Triad.
*Eligibility requirements: To obtain a clearance, an individual must be at least 18 years of age; U.S. citizenship is required except in very limited circumstances. See DOE Order 472.2 for additional information.
New-Employment Drug Test: The Laboratory requires successful applicants to complete a new-employment drug test and maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing. Although New Mexico and other states have legalized the use of marijuana, use and possession of marijuana remain illegal under federal law. A positive drug test for marijuana will result in termination of employment, even if the use was pre-offer.
Regular position: Term status Laboratory employees applying for regular-status positions are converted to regular status.
